ORGANISATION CAN SELECT THE APPLICANTS THEY WISH TO INTERVIEW FURTHER

INWASTER WILL SUPPORT THROUGH THE HIRING PROCESS

INWASTER WILL COORDINATE THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT ARISING IN THE PROCESS, IT WILL BE SORTED THROUGH MUTUAL DISCUSSION
Eligibility

Any individual (Job- Seeker) interest in finding job in Waste

Registration

Job-Provider should do Registration with Inwaster by paying Registration
charges and providing necessary details as requested -
Job-Seeker should do Registration with Inwaster by paying Registration

No one should participate if they do not have willingness to offer job /
accept job
Selection & Interview

Selection of candidate is solely in the hands of the Job-provider
-
Inwaster will only help in scheduling interview with the candidate

Job-Seeker should disclose the minimum CTC with each profile
Terms & Conditions

Participation fee for Recruiters of Rs 2000/- will be charged for our coordination services
-
Participation fee of Rs 200/- for Applicant will be charged to cover our
administrative costs -
Inwaster is acting only as a facilitator between job providers and job
applicants and is in no way responsible for the current or future actions
of any job providers participating in the event. -
Job applicants are requested to follow their own discretion while applying to jobs and accepting job offers.
